Refund policy

Thirty days. Unworn, tags attached. Exchanges are free both ways — we pay postage in both directions. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

WHAT WE ACCEPT

Returned within 30 days of delivery. Unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached. In original packaging where practical.

WHAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT

Items showing wear, scent, makeup marks or alteration. Items returned after 30 days. Final sale items, which are clearly marked as such on the product page.

EXCHANGES

If the size is wrong, exchange rather than return. It is free in both directions and faster than a refund-and-reorder. Email us with your order number and the size you need, and we will send a prepaid label the same business day.

A NOTE ON SIZING

Every product page lists full bust, waist and hip measurements for each size. Please check these against a garment you already own and like the fit of, rather than ordering by your usual size label. If you are between sizes, take the larger. If you are unsure, email us before ordering.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo. We will replace or refund it in full including shipping, and we will not ask you to return it at your own cost.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us with your order number and reason for return. We reply within one business day with instructions. Exchanges are prepaid; returns for refund are at your own cost unless the item is faulty. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 3 to 10 business days to show it.

REFUND METHOD

Refunds go back to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect.
