These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from VESPERA. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including materials and measurements. Colours can vary between screens. Where product imagery is illustrative rather than a photograph of the exact item, we say so on the product page. Measurements published for apparel are taken from the garment itself.

Pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order already placed. Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we cannot verify payment, we suspect fraud, or an item was listed at an obviously incorrect price. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, imagery, layout and the VESPERA name, belongs to us and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence, or affects your statutory consumer rights.
